Harvey Dent, a prominent figure in Gotham City, began his career as a highly respected and incorruptible District Attorney. He was a staunch ally of Batman and Commissioner James Gordon, forming a powerful trio dedicated to fighting crime and corruption.

Dent's relentless pursuit of justice earned him the nickname "Apollo" for his handsome appearance and unwavering moral compass. He played a crucial role in dismantling organized crime and bringing notorious criminals to justice.

However, Dent's life took a tragic turn when Sal Maroni, a mob boss, threw acid at him during a trial. The attack horribly scarred the left side of his face, shattering his psyche and leading to the birth of his alter ego, Two-Face.

As Two-Face, Dent became a tormented criminal driven by chance. He made decisions based on the flip of his disfigured, two-sided coin – one side representing his former lawfulness, the other representing chaos and violence. He became a complex and dangerous adversary for Batman, representing the duality of good and evil and the fragility of justice.
